My Resume
My Resume has been constructed into two distinct parts:
The first page is designed as a "newspaper front page" to get a quick sense of who I am by reviewing my career summary, my objective, and the list of my personal details.
Each company I worked for is listed with at least one exemplary achievement while at the company.
The second page lists the companies I worked for, the duration of the employment, the position(s) held at each company, and a quick overview of the main tasks associated with these positions.

Whether we are discussing a potential full-time position, a contracted professional project OR a commissioned art piece: My design process remains the same. It will involve understanding the client's needs which will include a dialog between me and the client so that we can fully understand the needs and scope to ensure the expected output.
As it pertains to my Professional work, an initial meeting will be held to hash out the full scope of the project and that meeting is always free. After that, an hourly rate applies. The hourly rate is determined based upon the specific skillsets needed for the project, but the lowest hourly rate is $25. After our initial meeting, I will write a Technical Specification(s) that is required to set realistic and obtainable results. Please see the section below that outlines the process in more detail.
As it pertains to my artwork, we will hold an initial meeting to discuss your vision of the desired piece and this initial meeting is always free. After our initial meeting, I will provide an outline of what I will be providing in order to set realistic and obtainable results along with the estimated cost and timeline. The cost will be comprised of an hourly rate, supplies, and shipping (if applicable). Please be aware that there may be several prototypes or drafts in order to ascertain the desired end result.
I do not provide website hosting.
However, if you require assistance in creating a GoDaddy website, please contact me and we can discuss your needs and my fee. I created this website on the GoDaddy platform with no assistance. So, if you like what you see and are struggling to get your own website up and running, just reach out by filling out the Get in Touch form below.
While I am not opposed to traveling for a position, I do however prefer to work from or near my home as often as possible. I will, however, not excel at a position that requires more than 25% travel.
My ideal job would be 100% local and/or remote, and the only travel would be for training and quarterly or yearly required on-site meetings if required.
All photographs were taken by me, check out the descriptions of each photo and you can learn a little more about the picture.
NOTE: the only pictures NOT taken by me are stock photos and are found on: The cover photo on the website, and the bio areas that outline my Experience, Philosophy & Approach, and My Story.
If you are interested in discussing any of my photographs or interested in possibly buying merchandise that would feature my photos, please fill out the Get in Touch form below and I will get back to you.
However, any clipart found on this page was uploaded as free content.
Please be patient as I am focusing primarily on the professional bio portion of this website.
Once I have completed those aspects, I will work on getting pictures and descriptions together for my online store.
As soon as I have some products ready to be promoted on here, I will let you know.
I am also working on getting my products available on other platforms. Once a storefront is available, I will also be sharing that link as well.
Send me a message or ask me a question using this form. Thank you for stopping by.
Even though my website is under construction, I am monitoring all emails that come into my account.
So, please reach out and I will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Project Services that I provide outside of my search for full time employment are listed here.
These are all available to you. They are all billed at an hourly rate. I keep impeccable records on the time spent on each project. The hourly rate depends on the exact scope of the project. However, the lowest hourly rate for these services is $25 per hour and goes up from there. If you are interested in discussing any of the listed services, please fill out the Contact Me section of this website and I will get back to you within 1 business day.
Professional Life: I bring several services with me. My expertise is extensive and broad in both the secretarial and programming realms. Unless confirmed, all services will be provided remotely. Will use Zoom or PCAnywhere to conduct face-to-face meetings. If travel is part of the scope of the project, all travel and hotel accommodations will be part of the cost of the contracted project.
I provide the following services:
I love being able to use both my analytical and artistic skills to assist clients in their day-to-day tasks.
Please read my resume for more information.
Personal Life: I enjoy traveling and taking lots of pictures especially when it allows me more family time. I truly live by the adage of: If there are no pictures it didn't happen. I've been to 45 states in the USA and plan on getting to the other 5 someday. I have been to Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and England. I've been to many of the Carribean Islands and to many of the South American destination spots along its shoreline. There are very few places I'd not venture to and that is only due to issues of safety.
I also enjoy a lot of different artistic ways of both expressing myself and as a stress reliever. All of the pictures on this webpage are ones taken by me and I have received several accolades as an amateur photographer including receiving honorable mentions in local photo contests. I hope one day to get 1st prize. In the contests that I have entered locally, they only indicate those that won 1st prize in each category and one honorable mention per category.
I love being artistic as well. I enjoy working with ceramics, hand knitting scarfs and blankets, taking photographs, upcycling ole/discarded items into something beautiful, painting, and cake decorating. I am always exploring to find new avenues for my artistic endeavors. I hope to add working with resin to my repertoire.
I am also working a few books. One is a who-dunnit, thriller and another is a children's book. I am also compiling some of my poetry to see if I can do something with them.
I also do commissioned artwork. If you are interested in commissioning a piece of art, please fill out the Contact Me form on this website.

I transcribe from all forms of video and audio platforms. If you are interested in having me transcribe sensitive data for you, rest assured I take every precaution to ensure the sanctity of the data that is being handled. When a need for discretion is required due to a sensitive nature of the data I am transcribing, I do not use wireless connections when transcribing, I work in a private office, and I do not handwrite or print out notes. All of these steps help to keep the data secure.
Please note that the hourly rate will take into account the scope of the duties of the position.

Do you need assistance with how to understand how relational databases work?
Do you need assistance with how the structure of the tables and what key fields should be used to relate the tables to each other?
Do you need assistance with how reports can pull from the tables in a meaningful way?
I can provide a Basic relational database structure overview. This will go over what a relational database is, how to name tables, each table's structure, what key field(s) within each table will relate to the other tables, etc. This training works best if we have a real-life example of something that will relate to your company/business/needs. However, I can provide a sample database for training purposes.
All services will be performed remotely via phone, Zoom, PCAnywhere, or other virtual platform unless otherwise contracted. Please note that if travel and/or accommodations are needed, these will be part of the project's costs.
If so, please fill out the Contact Me form on this website and we can discuss the full scope of the project. Please note that the hourly rate will take into account the scope of the duties of the position.
Do you need assistance with making you or your staff work better not harder?
Do you wonder why you and your staff do a task the way it's being done BUT think it can be done easier?
Do you need assistance in boosting productivity while also making your staff's workload easier?
If so, please fill out the Contact Me form on this website and we can discuss the full scope of what this will entail. Please note that this is minimally a three-prong approach.
The first prong will be me spending time with management to see exactly what the scope of the review will entail. Once determined, I will meet with the appropriate staff (on conference calls and/or zoom) to go over their tasks: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly. During these meetings I will also review not only what they do but how they do it. For example, is a specific software utilized? Do they write on a piece of paper some of the information? Electronically store another piece? Create manual reports that utilize both sets of data? The staff's current skill sets using computers will also be reviewed.
The second prong consists of me reviewing all of my notes and determine some best practices that will help streamline the workload. As I review each business practice that is part of the scope of the project, I will send a document for review. This will ensure that not only did I understand the tasks during our conversation(s), but that the staff can ensure that the tasks are described in full. Once each task is described to you and your staff's satisfaction, then I can start on the third prong.
The third prong is me compiling my findings and recommendations into a document which I will then review with you and your staff.
Please note that there can be several iterations of the 2nd and 3rd prongs in case some of the reviews inadvertently didn't include specific steps that now need to be incorporated into my review, that all tasks that are part of the scope are fully integrated, etc.
All services will be performed remotely via phone, Zoom, PCAnywhere, or other virtual platform unless otherwise contracted. Please note that if travel and/or accommodations are needed, these will be part of the project's costs.
Please note that at each step of the project, I will be keeping record of the exact hours I have worked (including meetings, writing of the spec, completing the form(s), etc.). I can provide these weekly, if you would like. I know that this can really help in keeping track of costs and the progress of the project. Keep in mind that I will provide an estimated timeline and number of man hours this will take after the spec has been reviewed and approved by you. But this is truly an estimate. And while I try to make my estimate as close to the actual number of hours needed to complete the project, there can be unforeseen causes for why a project can take more hours than originally anticipated. I find that once I reach the 3/4 mark of hours estimated, it is best for me to let you know so we can determine if the remaining hours will still realistically cover the remainder of the work still needed to be completed. Only if it is expected to take more than we have discussed, we can hold another meeting to determine how to proceed (i.e. edit the scope to keep costs down, review current version of my recommendations to see how it is progressing, etc.).
My initial consult will be free and is usually no more than an hour but should be limited to the head of each office/department that will be part of the scope and the company representative that will be the point person for the project - typically the project manager. At this initial consultation we will discuss not only the scope of the project but also the timeline that you wish this project to be started and completed. We will also discuss the hourly rate. A contract will be sent within one business day of our initial consultation which will be signed by both of us. This will ensure the project can be started as soon as possible.
Do you have a form that currently looks like its seen better days or doesn't look professional enough?
Do you have a need for a Poster or Flyer?
Do you wish you had nice business cards to give out?
Are in need of some company-related merchandise, and you want a design that will pop?
Need help designing a logo?
If so, please fill out the Contact Me form on this website and I will get back to you within 1 business day. The baseline scope of a project like this is just the design. If you are interested in having them printed out, I can price that out for you as well. If it is to be an electronic form, then that will also be priced accordingly.
My initial consult will be free and is usually no more than an hour and the attendees should be limited to the head of each office/department that will be part of the scope and the company representative that will be the point person for the project - typically the project manager. A contract will be sent within one business day of our initial consultation which will be signed by both of us. This will ensure the project can be started as soon as possible.
For this project, there will be a 3-prong approach.
Much like the business practice review, the first prong will be meetings to discuss the exact nature of what the form requirements will be, get input from the office staff that will be using the form and what they feel is important data fields, get input from the department leader what the data will be used for so that not only is the data entry needs being met but any data extraction and reporting needs are met as well.
After these meetings, the second prong is that I write a spec outlining exactly what we discussed. This not only helps ensure we are all on the same page, but it will assist in providing a better estimated timeline for the completion of the project. I will send this spec for your review and once the spec outlines the project to your liking, the third prong will start.
The third prong is me working on the form. This step can take a few iterations to make sure that it is exactly how you need it to be. Once completed, an invoice will be provided. Once paid in full, the form will be provided you in the format(s) outlined in the spec.
Please note that at each step of the project, I will be keeping record of the exact hours I have worked (including meetings, writing of the spec, completing the form(s), etc.). I can provide these weekly, if you would like. I know that this can really help in keeping track of costs and the progress of the project. If you are interested in commissioning a specific piece of artwork based on the pictures provided on this website, please fill out the Contact Me section and put Commission Art as the first sentence, and I will respond within 1-2 business days.
Please note that the price of a commissioned art piece will be determined by the scope of the project and will be based upon: hourly rate, cost of supplies, and cost of shipping (if applicable). We can discuss the scope of the project through an initial meeting that can be done through email, phone, or zoom. After this initial contact/meeting, I will provide you with a detailed description of the commissioned piece along with the cost. This will be in a contract format which will require a signature from both you and I. A timeline of when this will be completed will also be set at this time. These steps are here to ensure that the art piece is exactly as you envision as well as a smooth transaction for both of us.

I see beauty everywhere I look.
My Main objective when creating art is to Rescue items to Repurpose or Upcycle them. My small effort to have one less beautiful item ending up in the dump heap.
Sometimes I find it in a thrift store, flea market, or yard sale. I see a certain line to it, or a it just holds my attention so I take it back to my craft room and make it into a picture frame, an artist's canvas, or sometimes I freshen it up a bit to bring back it's own beauty. Other times, I find items in my own home that I no longer have use for, but I see how it can be turned into a work of art.
Many of my upcycled artwork consists of blending the item I found with a picture I took. Some photos that make it into a piece of art is from when I'm just meandering and I'm lucky enough to have my camera with me so I can capture it and share it with others. Other times, I feel a specific photography subject would work best for the item being upcycled and I will go out seeking to take a specific photo and that can be very challenging.
Sometimes I get inspired by a book's passage; or a movie; or a conversation I've had, and I just want to paint with the inspiration that led to; or maybe go on a trip to nowhere so I can get some more pictures that I can share. I usually just let myself allow the journey to let me know what each item should be and then I enjoy the process.
Sometimes I find myself at a pottery place where you paint pottery there and they have a kiln so they can fire it and then you have another beautiful masterpiece that you can either sell or give as a gift.
I also dabble in cake making/decorating as well as some hand knitting of blankets.
I am still learning about all kinds of ways to express myself in art. I am hoping to add some resin items to my art for sale section when the time comes.
I just let my mood dictate the item that I work on that day. So, I just listen to that inner voice to make the art that it is telling me it wants to be.
I truly enjoy learning more ways of expressing myself and sometimes the result is something someone rather fancies.
That's always the best part: seeing someone smile when they see a piece that resonates with them.
The best way to describe my artwork is that it is unequivocally eclectic.
I don't subscribe to one type of medium and stick to it. I love letting my creativity take over and show me what I need to work on now.

The best way to describe my artwork is that it is unequivocally eclectic.
I don't subscribe to one type of medium and stick to it. I love letting my creativity take over and show me what I need to work on now.
For example, I love to travel all over the world and take pictures. My hope is that they will either show someone a part of the world they have never seen and let them feel like they were a part of the place, OR allow someone to be able to experience how the picture reflects that memory, OR maybe it can bring back a memory of their own trip there.
I also love to paint, and I have done a few projects on consignment as well.
I like to paint ceramics - plates, knick-knacks, vases, photo frames, ornaments, etc. as well as the traditional mediums of canvas, wood, etc.
I like to sew and make unique items out of common items such as jeans that have been worn and no longer can be worn as jeans, loved one's piece of clothing to make a remembrance item (pillow out of a favorite shirt as one example), repurpose a cutting board into a frame to show off your mom's or grandmom's signature recipe, etc.
I also make blankets using the hand knitting method (no knitting needles just your own hands). I can make it a small or as big as you need, from a baby blanket to a king-size throw and I can customize the colors to ensure it will match the decor you are purchasing it for.
I make and decorate cakes for special occasions (anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, etc.).
I have a section on this website with pictures of artwork I have done. Some of which are for sale, some of which were by consignment, and others were gifts or were sold. Click on the button below to jump to that section.
Please stop by again to check in on my progress on getting my artwork up and available for purchase.
Thank you so much for taking the time to check out my website, it's an honor that you did.
