Please be patient as I am currently working on getting pictures and descriptions together for my online store. As soon as I have some products ready to be promoted on here, I will let you know. While I am not opposed to traveling for a position, I do however prefer to work from home as often as possible. I will, however, not excel at a position that requires more than 25% travel.
Whether we are discussing a professional project OR a commissioned art piece: My design process remains the same in that it involves understanding the client's needs which will include a dialog between me and the client so that we can fully understand the needs and expected output.
As it pertains to my Professional work, I will write a Technical Specification(s) that is required to set realistic and obtainable results.
As it pertains to my Art, there may be several prototypes or drafts in order to ascertain the desired end result.

I excel at working with clients so that I can help determine Best Practices based on their needs, workflow, future expectations, etc.

I specialize in creating SQL scripts and triggers to assist in: fixing found bugs during training/customer service; creating customizations to baseline programming to allow client to utilize the software to better suit their specific needs; creating nightly routines that were required by customer's specific needs, and to complete data import during client Implementation from their legacy software to the PowerCAMPUS software.

Professional Life: I bring several services with me. My expertise is extensive and broad in both the secretarial and programming realms. I provide Transcription services; Customer Service skills; Technical Writing (specifications in layman terms for technical guides); I provide secretarial services such as typing, travel planning, file consolidation, and basic secretarial skills; relational database structuring; and basic Transact SQL programming. I enjoy assisting clients in reviewing current practices and finding best practices and streamline workload. I also enjoy designing forms and advertising posters that can be used both as hard copies and electronically. I love being able to use both my analytical and artistic skills to assist clients in their day-to-day tasks.

Personal Life: I enjoy traveling and taking lots of pictures. I truly live by the adage of: If there are no pictures it didn't happen. I've been to 45 states in the USA and plan on getting to the other 5 someday. I have been to Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and England. I've been to many of the Carribean Islands and to many of the South American destination spots along its shoreline. There are very few places I'd not venture to and that is only due to issues of safety. I also enjoy a lot of different artistic ways of both expressing myself and as a stress reliever. All of the pictures on this webpage are ones taken by me and I have received several accolades as an amateur photographer including receiving honorable mentions in local photo contests. I hope one day to get 1st prize. In the contests locally there are only 1st prize in the category and honorable mention.

I have a strong command of computer programming and its structure due to my college degree in Computer Information Services.
I have worked as both a Programmer and a Software Trainer for the Ellucian product PowerCAMPUS.
In these roles I provided Help Desk services to their clients (colleges and universities), provided programming aid to "fix" bugs found in the baseline programming found in the pursuit of assisting clients in the Help Desk role, I have written SQL scripts and routines to create client-specific customizations to the programming based on their unique needs, I have both written the technical spec outlining the clients data needs for converting their legacy database/system to be converted into the necessary format and data values to be transferred from their legacy database to the PowerCAMPUS database as well as wrote the necessary programming of SQL scripts to run to folow the outlined "map" that was written in the technical specification.
Also assisted clients in their data validation after each test run of the Implementation Programming. Once the val;idation of the test runs were found to be as expected, I scheduled and ran the Live run of the Implementation script(s) and provided 1-month of implementation help desk to assist in fixing any unknown issues that may come up once they were live. This also included providing virtual software training to those who were using the PowerCAMPUS program for the first time.
